TQR software is based on space-age technology for the most sophisticated applications and PLC systems.

TQR allows multiple signals and commands to be processed by all core components, working together to accomplish the task in the most efficient manner possible.

Traceability and accountability are the focus of the TQR software. Analytical data is calculated and recorded for each part as it completes the sequence. This data is then further analyzed to confirm its accuracy.

TQR provides real-time feedback to the operator as parts follow the assigned sequence. Times, temperatures, flows, error messages, flightbar and transporter motions and more are tracked. Information can be viewed in either a spreadsheet or 3D format.

With virtually all critical components monitored at all times, the operator is constantly updated on progress and any abnormalities.
