Our next-generation plating lines and waste treatment system are like no other plating facility in the United States. Precision in not only the plating of the parts, but the operation of the baths and support equipment are achieved through technologically advanced hardware and software. Monitoring of times, temperatures, current density, filtration, flightbars, substrates, thicknesses, solution levels and so on are at the touch of a mouse click throughout our facility. Statistical process information is constantly updated to spreadsheets, giving us the ability for complete accountability and traceability. Problem solving and trouble-shooting software allows us the ability to quickly identify issues in our plating operations and waste treatment systems to prevent unnecessary delays. With these advancements in technology, many of the traditional issues that have plagued the industry for years can be overcome.

Certainly with our precious environment in mind, our capabilities in plating and waste treatment are not compromised, but enhanced by our "closed-loop" processes. Our vacuum vapor degreasers, plating lines and waste treatment systems all encapsulate their by-products for regeneration and recycling, allowing us the ability to re-use much of what we generate. Water quality and air quality throughout our facility consistently exceeds even the most stringent guidelines in force now, or even proposed in the future.
