In our continuing effort to better serve our customers, we have enhanced our web site with an even more effective tool for tracking your orders. We have added complete tracking capabilities to our site to allow you to track shipments from us to you! You can still view all of your orders online and get up-to-the-second information on the status of your orders and the complete shipping information. Now, if an item is shipped, you can actually click on that line item’s detail column to get total tracking information from UPS, FEDEX, Airborne, DHL, or any other service. With our bar code system, we can now provide you with the information on your orders from the time we receive the parts, until the time you receive them back! The best part about this new feature is that you can track all of your orders right at your computer, all without the hassle of phone calls. Once items are expedited, they will appear on your report in “red line status”, showing they have been prioritized in our system and in our facility. Our goal is to exceed your expectations on service and it is our hope that you’ll find these new features helpful.
